Donations and Grants

Each financial year (since 2012) Great Ayton Parish Council has made significant donations towards the operational costs of the Great Ayton Discovery Centre in support of this community facility.  

Annual donations are detailed within the Parish Council accounts and are made in accordance with Section 137 of the Local Government Act 1972.  The (below) attached summary of accounts from the Great Ayton Discovery Centre outlines income and expenditure for 2018/19 by way of compliance with the Local Government and Housing Act 1989 Section 36.
