Ordinary Meetings
Parish Council Meetings will take place on the first Tuesday of each month unless otherwise advised.
More detailsIn the event that a member of the public wishes to observe the meeting then please write to clerk@great-ayton.org.uk by 12 noon on the day of the meeting at Great Ayton Discovery Centre.
Though public attendance is a lawful entitlement this does not give individuals permission to speak or otherwise interrupt.
Anyone wishing to make representation to the Parish Council need not attend (unless you wish to do so) as matters will only be considered if received in writing prior to the day of the meeting itself.
Any representations received from members of the public or updates received from County & District Councillors will be considered prior to the formal Agenda at the discretion of the meeting Chair’.
Extraordinary meetings are generally called by the Chairman when a matter of great urgency arises that cannot wait until the general monthly meeting.
